Please note: By submitting the Membership Application form you agree to abide by the Rules and regulations as set out in the SA Rodeo Constitution and Rule book and you thereby agree to the below indemnity.

 

RELEASE: I, as an SA Rodeo member, acknowledge that rodeo’s and speed events are dangerous activities and that participation in rodeos and speed events as a competitor, an independent contractor, or volunteer, exposes the participant to a substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. SA RODEO members acknowledge that participation in SA RODEO sanctioned rodeos will involve such a risk. Being fully aware that participation in SA RODEO sanctioned rodeos will expose said member to substantial and serious risk or property damage and/or personal injury or death, said member hereby releases the SA RODEO, SA RODEO sponsors, any SA RODEO sanctioned rodeo production entity, committees, their affiliated, related or subsidiary companies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each entity or organization from liability for any and all property damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from participation in SA RODEO sanctioned rodeos, including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. SA RODEO members shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by a SA RODEO member. This provision shall be binding upon each SA RODEO member, his/her spouse, legal guardian, legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns.
